GRIMLOCK AUTOMATIONS
Terms of Use
These terms describe the current private-pilot operation of Grimlock Automations.
1. Private pilot
Grimlock Automations is an owner-operated service in private pilot. It is not currently offered as a public self-service or commercial service. Features, supported integrations and availability may change.
2. Authorized use
Only accounts, mailboxes, files and services owned by the operator or connected with the account owner's authorization may be used. Users must not use the service to access another person's information without permission, evade platform safeguards, send spam or perform unlawful activity.
3. Google connections
Google Account access requires explicit OAuth authorization. The permissions requested depend on the configured workflow. The account owner is responsible for reviewing those permissions and ensuring that connected data is appropriate for the workflow. Access can be revoked through Google Account settings.
4. Automation and approvals
Automated results can be incomplete or incorrect. Workflows may include human-review and approval safeguards, but the account owner remains responsible for reviewing consequential outputs and decisions. The service must not be treated as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical or admissions advice.
5. Third-party services
Grimlock Automations may depend on Google services and other processors selected for a configured workflow. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and security practices. Gizzard Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
6. Availability and warranties
The private pilot is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level commitment. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every workflow will run without interruption or error. Completed work, logs and source records should be reviewed and backed up as appropriate.
7. Privacy
Use of Google user data is described in the Grimlock Automations Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension or termination
Access or individual workflows may be suspended when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or at the account owner's request. Connected Google permissions may be revoked at any time.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as Grimlock Automations develops. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
